Setting the Stage What we’re aiming to achieve

In this workshop, participants will explore the real reasons leaders sometimes avoid or mishandle difficult conversations, and why preparation makes the difference between a positive outcome and a strained relationship.

They’ll be introduced to a simple, repeatable framework for planning and guiding conversations with clarity and confidence.

Through VR interactive practice, they’ll build skills in using clear, respectful language, listening actively, and keeping discussions on track, even when emotions run high.

They’ll also develop strategies for recognising their own triggers and staying composed so they can lead with purpose in any conversation.
